GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped as insured packages from Germany with DHL Paket International Premium Shipping unless you have chosen a different shipping option at checkout (such as Deutsche Warenpost).

Production time for all custom-made items is 2 – 4 weeks. Please note that unexpected delays may occur of which DUAI The Label has no control over and is not responsible for.

Orders usually cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our online store. If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. Please note that we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions or concerns about your delivery order.

All orders are shipped and insured up to €500 Euro using DHL Paket International (Premium Shipping). You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped as premium shipping with a tracking number and a link to track directly.

Please note, DUAI The Label do not ship on weekends and major holidays. All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.

Please keep in mind that transit times can vary greatly. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed up to 45 days, but the usual transit time is 4 – 21 business days (depends on your country).

When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs, which is in the hands of the country’s officials. Please understand you are taking a risk in buying internationally that your package may be (uncommonly) delayed up to 7 weeks.

Please check into your country’s customs and duty policies prior to purchasing. Rates for international packages and customs vary by nation, and aren’t reflected in our pricing or shipping charges.

TRACKING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER

If your order was shipped with DHL Paket International, the tracking number for international shipments only show where they are in Germany.
Once overseas, you can use your tracking number and check it with your country’s shipping service provider.
