PERSONALIZED ITEMS / NOT-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, they cannot be returned for exchange or store credit. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so if you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to solve the issue.
Once you have placed your order, our team will make every effort to manufacture your jewelry pieces as quickly as possible. Therefore, please review your upcoming order at checkout to ensure that all details meet your expectations.
LOST IN THE MAIL
All packages (DHL Paket International Premium Shipments) are insured up to 500 €, so if your package states “delivered” and you have not received it, please contact your local courier and us. We will assist you and do our best to solve the issue.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Purchased Digital Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
